We will gladly process an exchange or refund upon receiving your unworn item(s) back to our office within 30 days from the original ship date.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE:


We only offer ONE EXCHANGE FOR EACH ITEM so please make sure you reference the attached size charts and additional sizing information below. You are responsible for the return shipping as we do not provide return labels or reimburse for this cost. However you will not be charged shipping on the new exchange order as we will cover this fee. Exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 business days of delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange request ships.


Sizing Info: Grey styles are a tri blend (50% Poly / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon) and white styles are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Womens' options fit more like a Juniors style as they taper in at the sides slightly and lay closer to the body. You may need to order 1 to 2 sizes up based on how you like your tops to drape. Unisex options fit similar to a Men's slim fit. For ladies with these styles, we suggest ordering a size down from what they would normally wear.

If the exchange is time sensitive, we can push your exchange order into production early. Please message us the following information:

Your return package tracking number
Your Order Number
What you'd like instead: Design / Size / Shirt Style Changes
Shipping Address (if different from the original order)

 

HOW TO RETURN:

 

We will give a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) upon receipt of the unworn, unwashed items. Items returned for a refund past 30 days will be issued a store credit that does not expire. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days of delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been entered into our system. It may be another 3 to 5 business days from that date when the credit posts back to your account.

- That you would like a refund
- Reason for return
